Room access to pool. Breakfast was great. Central location !

The staff were amazing, the breakfast was good, and it is situated in an area which is easy to get to a lot of things.

My big complaint was lack of cleanliness in the room. The bathroom had black mould in a number of places, there were stains on the walls and very dirty skirting boards. It needed a top to bottom clean with bottom with disinfectant and good cleaning products. Black mould is a no, no. I told them to give me the cleaning products and I would give it a good clean but they would not do that. Even after it was cleaned again, I took a toothbrush and cleaner and was able to remove more of the stains and mould.

The room was large and the pool amazing!

The eggs at breakfast were always raw, whether it was poached, fried or boiled we just couldn’t get the eggs right. All the other food was incredible!

The room was clean and the hot water was perfect

The wifi was not covered …bad

i was given a room i did not book there was not king size bed no pool accsess by my room like i paid for my room was in someone elses name and they were in my room and i go told to not make a big deal of it by reception and updated the booking thinking that is what i wanted but it wasnt i wanted to be taken to room but they would not change my room

The location very good

Leaking water and smell not good

The friendly staff, the delicious breakfast, the swimming pool, the location

The lighting (less lighting at night), the toilet seat need to be changed

It’s getting a little bit tired but is kept generally clean

I like it all. I like the room because it is with balcony, the bed is comfy, the bathtube is cozy, the breakfast is delicious with variety of food. The staff is helpfull and friendly. The spa is amazing. The location is perfect, nearby the airport, malls and shoping center. The price is affordable. This hotel is perfect for relax.

The pillow on the chair is not good, exactly The pillows on the chair have a lot of dust. Please Replace new pillowcases.

The beds were broken, cheap linen and crappy pillows, only one pillow each.

The hotel was a lovely place to stay. The staff were lovely and so helpful

The breakfast didn’t have much for aussies to eat and we saw a fair few rats.

The bathroom needs updating. Don’t like the shower in the bath. Had so many problems with my door. Forever going back to reception in regards of faulty door. They changed the whole lock and still had major problems. Had to go elsewhere for an hour while it got fixed and couldn’t enter my friends room either as their door had the same issue. Lovely staff however wouldn’t stay again. And the pool needs to be open til 10pm not 7.30pm. All other resorts close 10pm. Bit disappointing

I was on my transit on way home for 12 hours stay only, thus I did not get chance to experience more. I thought I can try their spa, however once I arrived the spa already closed.

I did not like their toilet room arrangement..no space for shower bath except on the bath up.

Comfortable bed and clean.

Clean hotel rooms right on the main road yet quiet. Great pool, very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centre. Wonderful spa.
